i stayed in a premier lagoon access room and it was awesome. the pools are plentiful and the beach had clean sand. the staff and service were professional and attentive.
the check-in process was not seamless and some information felt incorrect. i asked to meet the front office manager, but was given a business card instead. they suggested i call for my next visit to make it right. it was a small hiccup though.

The staff was polite and helpful. The food quality provided by the room service was very good. The room amenities were generous and of good quality. The hotel upgraded our room type and the staff was cute. The hotel is a luxury.
The room assigned was near the kids' area, beach walkway, and public pool. This led to noise and a lack of privacy. The pool was shallow. It was not suitable for comfortable swimming. I found it was located near the public area, diminishing the private experience.

Really good Hotel Experience

I found the main pool area very enjoyable. The hotel offers lagoon pools that are beautiful and accessible. The beach is well kept, offering a clean environment. I received a room upgrade as a gift, a very welcome surprise.
I noticed the service at dinner was a little slow regarding drinks. It took some time to get coffee at breakfast.

the pools were nice for both kids and adults. safety measures were visible around the pool areas. the hotel took good care of these measures.
the noise insulation was poor. i could hear cars throughout the night. there was no bath in the standard room i had. the interior felt dated, like a hotel from the 90s.
